Shipping and Handling

ZeroBases are designed to withstand rugged transportation to remote sites. Each product is fully assembled and factory tested before shipment. The units are designed to be shipped as is, wrapped protectively, secured to a skid, or crated. Batteries can be shipped separately. Shipping estimates available upon request. Warranty

ZeroBase components have some of the longest warranties in the industry. An additional one-year system warranty is included for materials and workmanship.

Depending on customer location, ZeroBase Energy sells direct to consumers or through authorized resellers. ZeroBase Energy’s financing options afford a wide range of choices to assist in equipment investment. USA and international customers can take advantage of flexible lease and purchase options for our entire product line. For international buyers, we proudly work with the United States Import Export Bank to provide short-term (180 day) credit financing, medium and long-term financing and loan guarantees.
